Guest card "Südtirol Guest Pass - Mobilcard": it allows you to use public transport throughout South Tyrol free of charge during your stay - and you can also use it to travel at a reduced rate if you wish. Local tax:
Please note that from 1 January 2016, we are obliged to collect a local tourist tax of EUR 2.10 per person per night for all persons aged 14 and over. This charge is not included in the price.
Cancellation conditions:
Please inform us in good time if you have to cancel your holiday. According to the Consumer Protection Code, there is no right of cancellation. However, we have decided on the following terms in the event of cancellation:
up to 30 days before the day of arrival: we keep the deposit
from 29 to 8 days before the day of arrival: 50 %
within the last 7 days: 100 %. an exception is a change in the situation (e.g. a border closure). Then you can cancel free of charge.
for late arrival or early departure: 100 %
We only accept cancellations in writing. The price basis for calculating the percentages is our price list and the booking period you have selected. The cancellation conditions apply regardless of whether the cancelled rooms are re-let in whole or in part. We recommend that you take out travel cancellation insurance so that you do not incur any costs in the unexpected event of illness or suchlike.
